According to https://github.com/ICRAR/crc32c/blob/v2.3/LICENSE and
https://github.com/ICRAR/crc32c?tab=readme-ov-file#license change
'LGPL-2.0-or-later' in LICENSE value to 'LGPL-2.1-or-later'.
