Andreas Müller 77411fa4a9 menulibre: update 2.1.3 -> 2.1.5 
Patches:

* 0001../0003..: They were stolen from Fedora and don't apply no more due to
  major code changes. Fedora has removed them too.
* 0002..: Does not apply no more. Replaced by sed in do_install
