Alistair Francis 7f8b94f8a4 mycroft: Fixup remaining issues 
This patch combines a few fixups:
 - Don't bother users about missing package manager
 - Use pocketsphinx by default (as it works on RISC-V)
 - Add Upstream-Status to all patches
