Liu Yiding 7fb4910ccb pgpool2: 4.6.3 -> 4.6.4 
Drop 0001-snprintf-Add-math.h-to-ensure-isnan-and-isinf-are-de.patch and
v1-0001-Make-time-calculations-always-long-long.patch as those were merged upstream.
