Khem Raj 8052751332 Add bbappend files for gcc 4.6.0 from oe-core ...

The bbappends add patches for linaro so with this
we can enhance gcc 4.6.0 from oe-core and have patches
that are in meta-oe on top of it.

Add patches from for linaro 4.6

This obsoletes the need of having gcc 4.6
recipes in meta-oe
