Ricardo Simoes 83d9607ba5 magic-enum: Upgrade v0.9.5 -> v0.9.6 
In version 0.9.6 issue #362 was fixed. Thus, the tweak in the compile
flags is no longer needed.

The checksum of the LICENSE file changed because the copyright range
was updated.
