Michal Sieron 84c2a636e7 postgresql: Fix append overriding value 
`EXTRA_OECONF:sh4 += "--disable-spinlocks"` was supposed to simply
disable unsupported spinlocks, but was also overriding other
configuration defined in EXTRA_OECONF above.
