Martin Jansa 8522bccead mongodb: fix chown user for multilib builds

* the user is named mongodb (BPN) and in multilib builds this fails with:
  chown: invalid user: 'lib32-mongodb:lib32-mongodb'

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
