Khem Raj 94432ecee9 stunnel: upgrade 5.79 -> 5.80

fix-openssl-no-des.patch still applies cleanly (with line-offset shifts)
and is still needed: upstream 5.80's src/common.h and src/protocol.c do
not yet guard the DES includes/NTLM code with OPENSSL_NO_DES, so the
patch is retained unchanged.
