Bump the opengl-es-cts version to latest since this package is currently incompatible with Weston 10 due to changes in wayland-protocols. I would bump the vulkan-cts test revision here as well, but unfortunately newer versions of vulkan-cts add video encode/decode tests from Nvidia that break on any arch other than amd64 in their current format.
