Deepak Rathore 9a5d3b24de lldpd: Fix CVE-2026-46433 
This patch applies the upstream 1.0.22 backport for
CVE-2026-46433. The upstream fix commit is referenced in [1],
and the public CVE advisory is referenced in [2].
