Leon Anavi 9b895954bb python3-langtable: Upgrade 0.0.52 -> 0.0.53

Upgrade to release 0.0.53:

- Capitalize the return values of language_name() and
  territory_name()
- Add more translations from CLDR
- Get translation changes from CLDR
