Kai Kang 9c6cc7ae78 inetutils: update files for -dbg packages 
All .debug directories are packaged in inetutils-rshd-dbg which caused
by AUTOPACKAGEDEBUG. Disable it and split .debug directories and files
to right -dbg package.
