Leon Anavi a3d2fd3f85 python3-pdm: Upgrade 2.22.3 -> 2.22.4

Upgrade to release 2.22.4:

- Ensure dev-dependencies are added to the correct group when the
  tool.pdm.dev-dependencies table has groups.
