Leon Anavi 9cee310300 python3-msm: Upgrade 0.8.3 -> 0.8.7 ...

Upgrade to release 0.8.7:

- Handle git:// urls more gracefully
- Add final rstrip
- Add another rstrip for checking if it is Github url
- Convert Paths to str for python 3.5 compatibility
