2c4ab4a6c openipmi: fix do_configure error when using dash
03dd014eb openipmi: update 2.0.32 -> 2.0.34

Merge the above commits related to the upgrade, and then upgrade the
version of openipmi from 2.0.34 to 2.0.36.
