Andreas Müller b50cfa1f1f fluidsynth: update 1.1.6 -> 1.1.8

* project has moved from sourceforge to github
* autotools was replaced by cmake [1]
* license was changed from LGPL-2.0+ to LGPL-2.1 [2]
