Gyorgy Sarvari c019cb9095 gnome-tweaks: upgrade 40.0 -> 40.10

Bugfix release. Note that there were no other intermediate point releases
between these two versions.

Drop patch that is included in this release.

Release notes:
This release includes a fix for the broken GNOME Extensions link and
several translation updates.
