0001-cmake-Allow-SYSTEMCTL_BIN-to-be-overridden-from-envi.patch still applies (with a minor line-offset shift) and is still needed: upstream v64.0's CMakeLists.txt still unconditionally calls find_program() for SYSTEMCTL_BIN without honoring a pre-set value.
