Khem Raj c13be1b757 freediameter: Add 600s timeout via ctest driver 
This helps tests not hitting timeout (120s default)
especially testmesg_stress test can timeout on slower machines
e.g. fully emulated ( non-kvm ) qemu machines e.g.
qemuarm64 on x86_64 machine.
