Ross Burton c16459a2e6 nss: disable -Werror

-Werror should be used by developers and not packagers, because new
compiler flags or GCC versions can use new warnings.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
