The vendored libc 0.2.171 crate declares getrandom() for musl only on some architectures, so the vendored getrandom crate fails to build for riscv32 musl: error[E0425]: cannot find value `getrandom` in crate `libc` Backport the libc 0.2.172 change that declares it for all musl targets, and update the vendored crate checksums of the modified files.
