Mingli Yu db2c7c4e51 gnome-photos: add opengl to REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES

gnome-photos depends on libportal which needs opengl DISTRO_FEATURES,
so add the required DISTRO_FEATURES for gnome-photos.
