Tim Orling e67a62b44c python3-pydantic-core: add v2.14.5 
Runtime dependency for current python3-pydantic

This package provides the core functionality for pydantic validation and serialization.

Pydantic-core is currently around 17x faster than pydantic V1. See tests/benchmarks/ for details.
