Peter Bergin ea516e9563 redis-plus-plus: clean up recipe and make use of packageconfig

Remove unneeded statements in the code.
Align with style guide.
Introduce PACKAGECONFIG for ssl and test.
Remove QA warning.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
