Leon Anavi f4a817fec0 python3-luma-oled: Upgrade 3.15.0 -> 3.16.0

Upgrade to release 3.16.0:

- Add support for SSD1363
- Remove deprecation notice in framebuffer mixin
- Make page_address_offset configurable for SH1106 displays
