Ross Burton f4d74702b2 Revert "python3-cbor2: upgrade 5.4.2 -> 5.4.3"

This build is broken and doesn't generate any files: it is missing a
DEPENDS on python3-setuptools-scm-native, and our setuptools recipe
isn't new enough to build this version.

This reverts commit 1e050deca1.
