Andreas Müller f6b3aca4e5 gnome-desktop3: upgrade 3.28.1 -> 3.32.0

* gnome-desktop switched to meson
* 0001-Disable-libseccomp-sycall-filtering-mechanism.patch was on conigure.ac
  and does not seem to be necessary anymore

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
