Leon Anavi f76554cb58 python3-imageio: Upgrade 2.21.1 -> 2.21.2

Upgrade to release 2.21.2:

- Allow v3.imread to read dicom
- Revert to asanyarray
- Add missing numpy import in example

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
