Recover ${nonarch_libdir}/${BPN}-1 into FILES:${PN} to fix install do_package error when multilib is enabled.

/usr/lib/polkit-1/polkit-agent-helper-1
/usr/lib/polkit-1/polkitd
Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.
