Changqing Li fa2a8fd7a4 thunar: remove x11 from REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES

We add x11 into REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES since xfce4-panel requires it,
now, xfce4-panel not require x11, so remove x11 from
REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES
