Upgrade to release 4.48.2:

- fix notebook formatting
- fix ANSI escape codes breaking tqdm.write
- fix long-lived strongref

- fix contrib.tenumerate ignoring total
- fix potential deep => shallow kwargs copy issues
- improve notebook display for unknown total
