rpi-config: fix do_deploy

* in https://github.com/agherzan/meta-raspberrypi/pull/678 this line was acidentally changed
  from "${BOOTFILES_DIR_NAME}" to "bcm2835-bootfiles", causing do_deploy to fail finding config.txt
