meta-qt5 and meta-openembedded are not actively being used in the default builds, and are displaying some warnings because they are being included. Specifically, LICENSE errors in meta-qt5. Given they are unnecessary, remove them to avoid the noise. Signed-off-by: Jon Mason <jon.mason@arm.com>
