packagegroup-security-tpm2: restore pkgs removed earlier

commit: 0594aee packagegroup-security-tpm2.bb: remove dynamic pkgs

is causing an issue with some users. Restore the packages and opted
to fix via PACKAGE_ARCH = "${TUNE_PKGARCH}"
