Implements "report_cve" and "report_patched" tasks. "report_patched" prepares image manifest with patched CVE info. "report_cve" runs cvert-* scripts to generate kernel and package CVE reports. Adding the security layer to your build
========================================
In order to use this layer, you need to make the build system aware of
it.
Assuming the security layer exists at the top-level of your
yocto build tree, you can add it to the build system by adding the
location of the security layer to bblayers.conf, along with any
other layers needed. e.g.:
BBLAYERS ?= " \
/path/to/oe-core/meta \
/path/to/meta-openembedded/meta-oe \
/path/to/meta-openembedded/meta-perl \
/path/to/meta-openembedded/meta-python \
/path/to/meta-openembedded/meta-networking \
/path/to/layer/meta-security \

When sending single patches, please using something like:
'git send-email -1 --to yocto@yoctoproject.org --subject-prefix=meta-security][PATCH'
These values can be set as defaults for this repository:
$ git config sendemail.to yocto@yoctoproject.org
$ git config format.subjectPrefix meta-security][PATCH
Now you can just do 'git send-email origin/master' to send all local patches.
