prueth-fw: use icss-emac-lld sources

Browse Source 
* prueth-fw and icss-emac-lld shared the same source repo, so make
  them share the same inc file which specifies the sources.
* Add the FW versions to the icss-emac-lld.inc so that there can be
  a single location for updates.
