conf: beagleplay: Apply U-boot defconfig fragments

Browse Source 
- Apply am625_beagleplay_a53.config which is maintained in U-boot tree & is intended
to be applied on top of am62x_evm_a53_defconfig [1].

- Apply am625_beagleplay_r5.config which is maintained in U-boot tree & is intended
to be applied on top of am62x_evm_r5_defconfig [2].
