Ryan Eatmon 6fe232c782 TEST: linux-ti-staging: Add testing dtbo and build command 
This is for flow testing a change we want to make in our internal
testing flow.  This will never be a patch we carry forward.  This is
purely for proof of concept at this time.

Ryan Eatmon 9faf8c9be0 u-boot: Move the TFA memory location for all k3 platforms 
In preparation for supporting falcon boot, we are globally moving all k3
memory locations for TFA.  Trying to do this platform by platform and
only for falcon builds was proving to be onerous, so it was decide to
just move it for all Yocto builds.

Ryan Eatmon 79bbe8c71a k3r5: Fix mc:k3r5:libgcc build error 
A recent change in oe-core [1] is causing a build error in the
mc:k3r5:libgcc do_configure step.  We need to track down why this change
causes this error, but in the meantime we need to get builds working
again.  Add the removed line from [1] to the multiconfig/k3r5.conf file.

Ryan Eatmon 1801685540 kernel-selftest: Disable upstream patches 
A recent commit in meta-openembedded [1] added a number of patches to
fix testing issues, but those patches only apply to the latest 7.2
kernel.  Since we have our own vendor kernel and support multiple older
versions, we need to disable the patches for kernels that they will not
apply to.

Paresh Bhagat f2494e1fb6 pipewire: Add platform specific configuration 
Extend the PipeWire recipe to add platform-specific ALSA configuration.
Add sink and source configuration for 8-channel audio playback and
capture on the AM62D2EVM as the default configuration is 2-channel.

Ryan Eatmon 656c7b9cc4 u-boot-*: Change openssl fix to build option 
Rather than carrying multiple patches for the same fix for all of the
u-boot versions, we should copy the meta-arm solution [1] of just adding
a build option to turn on the engine stubs.

Ryan Eatmon 9779e3b6c4 linux-ti-staging-rt_6.18: Add ARM32 RT branch 
While all ARM64 devices use the same branch for RT and non-RT builds,
the ARM32 devices have a separate branch for RT Kernel which is
"ti-rt-linux-6.18.y-arm32". Update the BRANCH, SRCREV and PV for ARM32
devices for RT builds.

A recent change in oe-core [1] has removed the libclc recipe, but our
mesa-pvr recipes all depend on this recipe.  Import the final version of
the libclc recipe until we no longer need it.

Ryan Eatmon 2d941b33e8 u-boot: fix pylibfdt build with swig 4.5.0 
A recent change in oe-core [1] updated the version of SWIG which caused
a build error in u-boot.  This was fixed by adding a patch [2] in
oe-core for u-boot which we are copying into our u-boot recipes as well.

OE-Core updated weston to version 16.0.0 in master [1]

Our bbappend applied 2 patches to version 15.0.x and those
need to be updated for version 16.0.0 accordingly.

Patch 1 updated to remove fuzz.
Patch 2 removed as it was accepted upstream.

Denys Dmytriyenko (TI) b2c5a3d2e6 kernel_legacyhs: fix building/installing DTBs 
A recent change in OE-Core kernel-devicetree.bbclass [1] changed appending
code for devicetree from exported do_*() functions to :append to their
unexported kernel_do_*() variant. But our copy of kernel_legacyhs.bbclass
doesn't define those, using kernel_legacyhs_do_*() names instead, due to
how function exporting works using the class name as a prefix.

In order to unreak devicetree building/installing, we need to provide

Ryan Eatmon 13c3d215e5 kernel_legacyhs: Adapt to recent changes in oe-core 
Three recent changes in oe-core [1], [2] and [3] have moved around
various things with the kernel classes.  Since we have our own copy
of the old kernel class we need to adapt to the changes.

Ryan Eatmon 687644a385 meta-ti-test: Add commercial_mpv license to LICENSE_FLAGS_ACCEPTED 
A change in meta-openembedded [1] has propagated the ffmpeg commercial
license setting through into mpv (which depends on ffmpeg).  This means
we need to add commercial_mpv to the list as well.

Ryan Eatmon fa8ce703f7 packagegroup-ti-core-initramfs: Move the inclusion of initramfs-module-netsetup 
The list of what modules are required for the initramfs has changed as
of 7.1.  The CPSW driver is no longer built into the kernel and is
required to be built as a module and included in the initramfs for all K3
boards.

While the existing solution for including initramfs-module-netsetup was
fine, it did not trigger the building of initramfs for all k3 platforms.
It would just include it if the ti-core-initramfs was built.

This change tells the system to build and include the needed packages
for all k3 and makes sure that the ti-core-initramfs is built for all of
them.
