Paresh Bhagat 0c84bb72c1 pipewire: Set default audio targets and use S16LE format

Configure PipeWire metadata to statically initialize default audio
targets sink and source at daemon startup, by leveraging WirePlumber's
find-selected-default-node hook priority.
Also update audio format to 16-bit signed little-endian and
audio position for AM62d.
