MD Danish Anwar 0e6381cb68 meta-ti-bsp: Add prusw-fw for ti33x and ti43x

ti33x and ti43x supports switch mode. Add prusw-fw to ti33x and ti43x
so that switch firmware can be packaged for ti33x and ti43x
