Paresh Bhagat 4829b4f028 machine: Add am62axx evm configuration 
Lets add the basic AM62Axx-evm configuration.
- Add configurations.
- Add firmware overrides.
- Add u-boot overrides.
- Add tifs-lpm-stub.
- Add cnm-wave-fw.
