Denys Dmytriyenko 7a0ba0634b gdbc6x: force older GNU/C standard 
This is an old code base and hasn't been updated in a very long
time. It now fails to compile with gcc-15 (C23 standard). Force
compilation with GNU/C11 standard instead.
