MD Danish Anwar 9ae6e46f0a meta-ti-bsp: Add prusw-fw for ti33x and ti43x

ti33x and ti43x supports switch mode. Add prusw-fw to ti33x and ti43x
so that switch firmware can be packaged for ti33x and ti43x
