Yemike Abhilash Chandra aa7b8ba862 conf: machine: j721s2/j784s4: Pick overlays for DS90UB954

DS90UB954-Q1EVM can be used to connect FPDLink-III based sensors to
TI EVMs. So pick the DS90UB954-Q1EVM overlay.
