libxslt: Fix unpackaged directory warning

Fixes the warning:

WARNING: For recipe libxslt, the following files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:
WARNING:   /usr/lib/libxslt-plugins

It makes sense for the package to own the plugins directory.
