wrs_meta: update SRCREV for netfilter options

Fixes [BUGID #199]

Updating the SRCREV for wrs_meta to import a set of default
netfilter options, which can then be applied to any BSP. This
keeps the default BSP configs small, while allowing the
functionality to be available.
