Bruce Ashfield 0026c1475f lttng-modules: backport writeback.h changes from 2.12.x to fix kernel 5.4.62+

Backporting the kernel version changes for writeback.h to fix
compilation against kernel stable versions 5.4.62+

This is a combination of upstream commits:

 87b2aff [fix: writeback: Fix sync livelock due to b_dirty_time processing (v5.9)]
 b74b25f [fix: version ranges for ext4_discard_preallocations and writeback_queue_io

Upstream-status: Backport

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
