Bruce Ashfield 1778e9ecb4 linux-yocto/5.4/cfg: fix -tiny warnings

Integrating the following commit(s) to fixup warnings when -tiny is
build with the latest kern-tools:

    b721178c41a drm: change CONFIG_DRM_KMS_HELPER to =m
    d9ac6174eaf tiny: enable CONFIG_FW_LOADER on a per-BSP basis
    a135c720bc7 i915: adust helper to 'm'

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
