Alistair Francis 5c7f48c9c0 glib-2.0: Remove python3 modules when building for mingw

Commit "glib-2.0: Add python3 modules required by gdbus-codegen"
(26af3b4b33a34d7e53059b07236f9d5aae5e004a) broke the MinGW build of
QEMU. To fix the build remove the python3 RDEPENDS for gdbus-codegen
when targeting mingw.

QEMU Emulation Targets
======================

To simplify development, the build system supports building images to
work with the QEMU emulator in system emulation mode. Several architectures
are currently supported in 32 and 64 bit variants:

  * ARM (qemuarm + qemuarm64)
  * x86 (qemux86 + qemux86-64)
  * PowerPC (qemuppc only)
  * MIPS (qemumips + qemumips64)

Use of the QEMU images is covered in the Yocto Project Reference Manual.
The appropriate MACHINE variable value corresponding to the target is given
in brackets.
